Home Safe ‘Essential’
This service provides essential property inspections for homeowners. Whether you’re away for a short period or managing a vacant home, we check everything is secure, functional and well-maintained.
Property Inspection – To include, checking all doors and windows are secure and everything is in order with the property.
Air Circulation – Allowing fresh air to circulate through the property whilst in situ, removing stale air and pollutants.
Leak Detection – Checking for any obvious water leaks.
Eliminating Odours – Flushing of toilets and running taps to remove stagnant water and potential bacteria.
Heating Check – Ensuring timers function correctly in winter months.
Mail – Picking up mail and removing junk, checking post boxes.
Report – You will be emailed a condition report within 24 hours.
What it costs - £65.00 per visit (property up to 2,500 squ ft, additional charges may apply to larger properties).
£170.00 (for 3 x visits booked in advance).
Home Safe ‘Plus’
Our Plus Service offers full peace of mind for homeowners with an empty property. In addition to our standard checks, we ensure your home stays clean, tidy and well-maintained.
Property Inspection - Just like our Essential Service.
Light Cleaning – To include vacuuming, dusting and surface wiping.
Lawn Mowing – During summer months and garden size dependent.
Mail Forwarding – And disposal of junk mail.
Plant Care – Watering of plants whilst you are away.
What it costs - £100.00 per visit (property up to 2,500 squ ft, additional charges may apply to larger properties).
This service is flexible and can be adapted to your needs at extra cost.
Home Safe ‘Premier’
Our Premier Service is a more tailored empty care that suits your exact needs. This includes a bespoke approach, ensuring your property stays in top condition whilst you're away and ready for your return.
Full Property Inspection – As per our Essential and Plus Service.
Comprehensive Cleaning - A deeper clean for a fresh homecoming.
Lawn Mowing, Weeding, Watering – Seasonally and as needed.
Grocery Shopping – A basic shop, stocked and ready for your return.
Additional Bespoke Services – To be agreed and tailored individually.
What it costs: minimum of £150.00

Holiday Check Service
Make your return from holiday stress-free with our Holiday Check Service. We’ll prepare your home with a light clean, and stock up on essentials like milk, bread or pet food for your return. Need a bigger shop? We can arrange it (at an additional cost and can even meet your supermarket delivery driver and put everything away for you if you’d prefer. Holiday Check also includes:
Property Inspection – As per our other service.
Standing Water – Flush toilets and run sinks before your return.
Freshen Kitchens and Bathrooms.
Extra Care – Water your plants & feed your fish.
Video Report – Video of your home sent to you whilst you are away for peace of mind.

A Specialised Landlord Service
We offer a specific service to suit your needs with emphasis on inspections whilst your property is empty between tenancies, giving advice on the condition and what needs to be prepared for the next tenant. We can also help organise this for you, and you don’t have to enter into any contracts. Included:
Full Property Inspection – Focusing on the overall condition, décor, carpets, bathroom cleanliness and garden presentation.
Video Tour & Report – We will then send you a short video tour of your property, focusing on any problem areas (if any) and forward this to you, as well as a paper version if you require it.
Meeting Contractors – If you require someone to meet and give access to contractors, we can assist.
What it costs: Priced after Consultation (Standard inspection and report minimum of £100.00)
